Welcome, license plate collectors!
We are the ALPCA Chesapeake Region, the regional chapter of the Automobile License Plate Collectors' Association for Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. The Chesapeake Region has been back in business since 2010, and we've been busy making up for lost time. We've made great strides toward becoming the premier ALPCA region on the east coast! 
We believe in keeping things simple, and so there's no separate club to join or dues to pay in order to be a part of the ALPCA Chesapeake Region. You don't even have to live in our territory.
